Donations to Charity
The Charity Box contained £2,796.94 in unused tokens donated by our kindhearted customers.
The total has been divided between the 2009 Festival's charities: The Midlands Air Ambulance. Charity No. 1001064; and Worcester Snoezelen. Charity No. 1023456. Thanks received from the charities are here and here.
New & Old Members of CAMRA
79 new members were signed up, of which 50 were local to the Worcester Branch area and 5 were "youngsters" under 26.
A total of 1001 existing members of CAMRA visited the festival and signed-in.
Competition Winners

TASTE ALL THE CIDERS AND PERRIES competition winner - Nic d'Arcy from Worcester.
SPEND A DAY AT THE WYE VALLEY BREWERY competition winner - Michael Herlihy from Worcester.
Mike and James Herlihy spent a day at Wye Valley Brewery on 13th November 2009 as 'Brewers for the Day'. Duty brewer was Jamie, and he really appreciated their help with brewing Butty Bach, which will later be bottled. Mike said of the experience "My brother and I really enjoyed our day at Wye Valley Brewery. The staff were very friendly, and we learned a lot about the brewing process. I look forward to the chance to try some of the beer that we helped to brew!". Pictures taken on the day are here and here.
